Shipping & Delivery
We will ship goods from Australia to most countries. If your country is not included please contact us. Australia wide we prefer to use Star Track express courier but will use Australia Post where required. International shipments generally use Australia Post. We reserve the right to decline to ship goods via untracked services to certain countries such as Italy and the South American region. Most shipping can be calculated automatically via our site but if you wish to use Fedex or DHL please contact us first. Where required freight will be calculated and billed separately. The online calculator is an estimate only and subject to amendment. Where possible your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days of placement. Should there be any stock issues or other delays we will attempt to contact you as quickly as possible. Please ensure you provide a valid shipping address and also a suitable contact phone number. When your order is despatched our system will email you to advise your goods have been collected and allow you to track your delivery online.

Returns & Replacements
Please note - except where required by law we do not allow refunds because you changed your mind or did not correctly research the specific capabilities of the product - should you wish to view the manual or technical specifics of any product prior to purchase please contact us. Any faulty item can be returned for testing and handling under warranty but any item that has been damaged or altered by you can not be returned. Any item requiring warranty repair can be returned for assessment at any time within the manufacturers warranty period provided the correct RMA return procedure is followed. ZANTECH accept various forms of payment including VISA and Mastercard. We also accept EFT payments. Sorry we do not accept Diners card at this time.
